Free Draw Rules

1. Promoter

The promoter is Winugold Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17544506), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, trading as Winugold. Contact: contact@winugold.co.uk. These rules apply to free draws only; paid competitions are governed by the Competition Terms.

2. Free to enter — no purchase necessary

Free draws cost nothing to enter and no purchase is required. Buying anything from Winugold does not increase the chance of winning a free draw.

3. Eligibility

Open to individuals aged 18 or over. Free draws are open internationally, but are void where prohibited or restricted by local law; entrants are responsible for checking that taking part is lawful where they live. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families may not enter. One account per person.

4. How to enter

Enter on the free draw page by answering the question correctly and giving your name, email, mobile number and date of birth (an account is created). One entry per person per free draw: multiple accounts, automated or bulk entries are void. Each valid entry receives a unique entry number, confirmed by email.

5. Opening, closing and draw

The opening time, closing time and live draw time are shown on the free draw page. The draw takes place even if few entries are received; a free draw with no entries is cancelled. The winner is selected at random among valid entries by an independent third-party service (RANDOM.ORG or equivalent), live on Instagram, Facebook and/or YouTube, and the draw record is published.

6. Prize

The prize is described on the free draw page (for example, a new sealed LBMA-accredited gold bar, 999.9 fine). There is no cash alternative, except where the gold cannot lawfully or practically be delivered to the winner’s country: in that case the Promoter pays the value shown on the draw page by bank transfer instead. Photographs are for illustration only.

7. Winner verification and delivery

The winner is contacted by phone and email and must provide photo ID and proof of address within 14 days. If the winner cannot be verified, is ineligible, does not respond within 14 days, or entered from a country where the draw is prohibited, a new winner is drawn. Delivery is insured and tracked; any import duties, taxes or local charges in the winner’s country are the winner’s responsibility.

8. Publicity, winner stories and creator codes

Announcement: as required by the CAP Code, we publish or make available the winner’s first name, surname initial, town or country, the winning entry number and the draw record. You can object, or ask us to publish less, by writing to contact@winugold.co.uk before the draw; we must still give these details to the Advertising Standards Authority if it asks.

Winner Story (optional): after the draw we invite the winner to take part in the live call, record a short video and share photos with the prize, and to let Winugold — and, if the winner joined through a creator, that creator — publish, repost and share this content on social media, our website and in advertising for up to 24 months. Taking part is voluntary, is agreed separately in writing when the prize is claimed, and never affects the prize. Consent can be withdrawn for future use at any time; content already published in good faith does not have to be removed from third-party platforms.

Creators and codes: some members join through a creator’s link or code. A creator code never changes eligibility or the chance of winning. Creators who promote Winugold may be paid partners and label their posts as advertising. If a member of a creator’s community wins, we may tell that creator the winner’s first name, surname initial and town so they can congratulate them; any joint post with the winner requires the Winner Story consent.

9. Data

Personal data is used to run the draw, verify and contact the winner and, if you opted in, to tell you about future draws. See the Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time.

10. General

The Promoter may cancel or amend a free draw if circumstances beyond its control require it, with notice on the draw page. These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales; this does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and WhatsApp do not sponsor, endorse or administer the free draws.
