Account data (email, name, date of birth) to run your account and check your age; country and address for eligibility and delivery; payment data through our payment providers (we never store card numbers); identity documents for winners; spending data for your limits and responsible play; marketing preferences only with your consent.
Sharing
Only with our service providers under contract (hosting, payments, identity checks, email and messaging, couriers, the independent draw service). We do not sell your data.
Retention and your rights
Account data: life of the account plus 6 years; verification documents: 5 years. You can access, correct, delete or export your data and withdraw consent at any time by writing to privacy@winugold.co.uk. You can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
